q.gif (227 bytes) What do I do when the house sells or a listing expires?
a.gif (209 bytes) Since you have exclusive access to your tours in the Members Area, delete the listing when the property sells or expires and your virtual tour will no longer be accessible. This is a Real Time service meaning that, as soon as you click the "delete" button on your browser the tour is removed.

If the home sells before we post the virtual tour, but after
we filmed
the property, you must delete it right away in your Members Area and you will be charged only $30.00 for the filming of the property.

q.gif (227 bytes) Can the same Virtual Tour be posted if a listing expires and is re-listed?
a.gif (209 bytes) Re-listing charges apply when the MLS listing number changes. If the same listing agent re-lists the property within 30 days, the same virtual tour can be posted for the new listing for a $29.95 charge. If the property is re-listed with a different broker, the existing tour can be re-posted for the normal charge.
